I had a remarkable, life changing experience with my Realtor Colleen Grimes. She is extremely knowledgeable, supportive and punctual; to say the least. Colleen, became my motivator, financial advisor, and even therapist! She takes the role of realtor to another level. A level of reality and possibility. So many times I wanted to give up, so many tears and all those rejected offers. Colleen helped me to stay focus and motivated. This market can overwhelm you, and everyone’s story is not yours. Colleen and her team; special thanks to Fabian! never stopped looking for what my family needed. I can’t thank her enough for the renewed faith restored in me through this experience. This is my third experience purchasing property. My experience with Fabian and his company was one of the absolute best. Fabian is knowledgeable and patient. His experience in the industry is unmatched and I felt comfortable entrusting him In the process of helping me to find my father, a stubborn Vietnam vet his first home. The VA buying process is a strict one and Fabian guided us through the process the entire way. My father is happy and so am I. Romano Tucker from PrefeQ Realty was absolutely amazing to work with. I was a person who knew nothing about real estate, and he helped teach me everything I needed to know about the home buying process. He is incredibly kind, timely, professional, and just all around a pleasure to work with. Not only is he a great person, but he has a plethora of knowledge that allowed me to access two state programs I previously knew nothing about. I was and still so excited and happy that am finally a home owner if you know what that means all “ THANKS” to PrefeQ, to be precise Fabian. There was a time I feel like given up, he did not push he just said think and make sure if you want to give up now, after thinking, I said no I must own a home.
